Our Heritage
Old Shanghai has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area with 3 elegant stores, Canton Bazaar, Peking Bazaar and, of course, Old Shanghai, since 1980. You will find almost anything at our San Francisco Chinatown stores, including elegant jewelry, Asian inspired women's clothing, a large assortment of silk and linen accessories, silk bedding and cushions, porcelain dinner plates and dishes, Chinese chopsticks, Asian fusion and contemporary home decor like silk lamps and lanterns, as well as beautiful furniture pieces. Since 1994, we began expanding our offering of thousands of our best Asian inspired gifts to the online community.

Our Products
Old Shanghai Online offers a wide selection of women's clothing, accessories and handbags. We started offering cute silk accessories like silk brocade jewelry rolls, silk jacquard trinket boxes and small wallets and pouches, and also some Asian inspired handbags and purses, in the beginning. With increasing popularity and demand, we added more, from the more everyday linen accessories and handbag collection and canvas shoulder totes to the more elegant mother-of-pearl accessories. We have found that Old Shanghai Online women's accessories are becoming more of an everyday neccessity for a lot of our customers. All our Asian kimonos and clothing are inspired by Chinese and Japanese cultures. Some of them are modernized versions of traditional Chinese dresses or extravagant Japanese kimonos.
