Application:
Heat Aromatherapy Pad in microwave for about 45-60 seconds, gradually adjusting time for optimal warmth. Place on desired area for 30-45 minutes continuously. Reheat if necessary.
Note: Please refrain from use for swelling and muscle inflammation in the first 24 hours, because this will increase inflammation.
